We usually ship the order with in 3 business days of placing the order and Delivery timeline is 5-10 working days with Min 5 days & Max 10 Days. However, delays can happen considering some unforeseen circumstances.
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
RETURN
For returning any order customer can contact our help desk or customer can get information from their account section. And we will also provide you information like order pickup date and the pickup person’s details.
Most of the products on the website are handmade and there can be little to no irregularities in the design and color which is the case with all things handmade!
If you are displeased with the products provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Orders once placed can’t be cancelled. However, you can always contact us and enquire about your order.
Refund Policy
For safety, we can give you 100% assurance. If still the product gets damaged by any chance during transit, we send a new one at no extra cost if in stock, otherwise we refund the money. You just need to make a video while opening the package
